Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least thirteen (13) years old to use the App.

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and individuals under 13 may not use the App.

By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. Description of the Service

RedS provides educational content, learning modules, knowledge exploration features, and optional premium features ("Prime").

The App is provided for general informational and educational purposes only.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without prior notice.

3. No Account Infrastructure

RedS currently does not operate a proprietary backend account system.

User progress, settings, and certain data may be stored locally on your device.

You acknowledge that:

• Deleting the App may permanently erase locally stored data
• We are not responsible for loss of locally stored data

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

The App may offer optional premium features through in-app purchases.

The App may offer:

• Monthly subscription
• Annual subscription
• One-time lifetime purchase

All payments are processed exclusively through:

• Apple App Store
• Google Play Store

We do not collect or store payment credentials.

Payment processing is handled entirely by the respective platform providers.

4.1 Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings.

4.2 Free Trials

If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.

Free trials are available only to new subscribers, subject to the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

4.3 Lifetime Access

Lifetime access refers to access for the operational lifetime of the RedS product and does not guarantee perpetual availability of the service.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or terminate the service at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with the App's operation
• Copy, distribute, or exploit content without authorization
• Use the App for unlawful purposes

Violation may result in suspension or termination of access.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, trademarks, branding, and materials within the App are the exclusive property of RedS Learning, Inc.

No license is granted except the limited right to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Educational Disclaimer

The App provides general educational content.

We make no guarantees regarding:

• Accuracy
• Completeness
• Educational outcomes

The content is intended for informational purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RedS Learning, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the App.

Use of the App is at your sole risk.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RedS Learning, Inc. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of the App
• Your violation of these Terms

10. Termination

We may suspend or discontinue access to the App at any time without liability.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Business Transfers

In the event of merger, acquisition, restructuring, or asset sale, rights and obligations under these Terms may be transferred.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
