RedS - Rise Every Day Smarter ("App") is operated by RedS Learning, Inc., a Delaware C-Corporation ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.

1. Information We Collect

A. Locally Stored Data

RedS primarily stores learning progress, lesson completion, and settings locally on your device. We do not operate a dedicated backend account system. This means:

  • Progress may be lost if the App is deleted.
  • We do not maintain user databases on our own servers.

B. Subscription and Purchase Data

Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by:

  • Apple App Store
  • Google Play Store
  • RevenueCat

We do not collect or store payment credentials. RevenueCat processes subscription status and receipt validation on our behalf but does not provide us with access to full payment details.

C. Advertising Data

We may display ads using third-party providers such as Google AdMob. Ad providers may collect:

  • Device identifiers
  • Advertising identifiers
  • Approximate location
  • Device and usage data
  • Ad interaction data

We do not directly access or control this data. Users may disable personalized advertising via device settings.

D. Analytics and Performance Data

We may receive anonymized:

  • Crash reports
  • Diagnostics
  • Performance data
  • Feature usage statistics

These are processed through third-party services to improve stability and performance. We do not directly collect personal data on our own servers.

2. How We Use Information

Information is used to:

  • Operate and improve the App
  • Enable subscription features

  • Analyze performance and stability
  • Prevent fraud and ensure security

3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

For users in the EEA, processing is based on:

Third-party providers may process data outside your country of residence. Where required, transfers rely on:

Since most data is stored locally:

  • Data remains on your device until removed.

RedS is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

Because we do not maintain user databases, most data can be removed by deleting the App.

9. Business Transfers

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before renewal.

Lifetime access refers to the operational lifetime of the RedS product and does not guarantee indefinite service availability.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at our discretion.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of changes.
